Exciting changes are coming to SAP Concur Travel. Throughout 2024 you will see updates that enhance and complement existing features for an elevated consumer-like experience. With innovative changes rolling out shortly, now is the ideal time for you to become familiar with T2’s expanded offerings.
Upcoming SAP Concur Travel Changes
Consumer-Like Shopping Experience
The new user-friendly interface adopts best practices from consumer travel sites to ensure a streamlined booking and checkout process that can continue to support your organization’s travel policy. Featuring a responsive design, the interface works seamlessly on both mobile and desktop devices.
Advanced Filter Options
New filters make it easier than ever for travelers to maintain corporate policy when booking. Users can select filters by carrier, cabin options, carbon footprint, and other critical factors. For fans of the search results matrix, it will be added to the T2 experience later this year.
Expanded Content
The latest updates provide more content to assist users in selecting travel options that best meet their corporate policy needs. Content changes include NDC fares, clearer cost information, readily available sustainability ratings, and improved cabin options and descriptions.

Mitigating Disruptions
As with any newly launched technology enhancements, booking workflows may temporarily see an increased rate of errors, including in functionality and/or a mixed user experience between T1 and T2. This could mean:
- Some offline bookings may not be automatically pulled into SAP Concur Travel
- Booking changes within SAP Concur Travel may be unavailable
- Split ticketing or split class of service may be unavailable
These items are all on SAP Concur’s roadmap and will be addressed in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, The Travel Team will work to mitigate any potential issues as much as possible.
