Get the most from your employees’ time in the air with airline reward programs designed to benefit small and medium-sized businesses and their travelers. American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and Southwest Airlines all have programs specifically built for SMBs that offer a variety of rewards and perks.

  • Most of these programs include benefits like points or miles earned via air travel, with no negative impact on individual employees’ frequent traveler benefits.
  • Points earned by the business can generally be used to book free tickets and elevate traveler status, among other rewards. Points can also often be transferred to individual traveler accounts for personal use.
  • All of these programs are compatible with a managed travel program and are supported by The Travel Team.
